Emphasis on working with female athletes from experience with College/Elite Volleyball, College/Travel Softball, College Lacrosse, and College Track and Field.

As a former high school and college athlete, I enjoy helping families get their athletes to the next level. Having suffered a career ending knee injury, I am committed to putting our athletes in the best position to be successful while reducing the likelihood of injury.

    My family hired Mike and the Forge to help my parents (and especially my dad) navigate mobility and aging issues several years ago. Mike helped us with a program that has put us ahead of the curve! The exercises and coaching paid nearly instant and lasting dividends, and even to this day, that 15-30 of targeted morning exercise is a cornerstone of his quality of life and ability to still do almost everything on his own.     We were looking for individualized baseball training for our son and, as a SuperMom, I was also looking to get in shape.  After the first session, our baseball player immediately noticed better and faster athletic movement.  Coach Mike does a GREAT job at getting on the same page with his athletes and adults during their sessions.  He has connected with our athlete and unlocked his motivation to get better.
