I have been in the fitness industry for over 20 years and have trained individuals of all levels. I am passionate about helping clients become their best self, while focusing on safety and an overall balance of life. I believe it's crucial to have fun while exercising and keep workouts fresh. I have a bachelors degree in Dietetics and many certifications through The National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) including my CPT. I hold individuals accountable and help them to hold themselves accountable as well...."No Excuse (s) Fitness."

1st session, thorough assessment including but not limited to, postural imbalances, measurements, weight and health history. A PAR-Q survey and in depth goal setting.
