What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Slow and Steady Wins The Race! Progression is a process, it takes time an patience to achieve a lifetime goal. I ensure all students feel comfortable in knowing I'm right there with you and I've got your back!


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

10+ years basketball and 5*years fitness experience

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

standard lessons are 40 per hour unless discussed otherwise


How did you get started teaching?

Ive trained at a high level since a child, I realized I had a passion to help others get better and never looked back!


What types of students have you worked with?

Ive worked with ages 3-50 rather it's fitness or skills training, there is no age or skill limit, I welcome all!


Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Just being able to wake up and do what I love is enough for me, being thankful for the little things!
