    Frequently asked questions

    They would have to fill out questionnaire and be willing to travel to studio at times available. Workout 3 times per week , follow a meal plan, and be able to workout between 8am-6:15pm if slots are open. 

    Certified Personal trainer (ASM ,NSSA ,) Certified Nutrition and Health (Stanford University)

    3 month , 6 month, or 12 month commitment. You can pay in full or month to month. We accept card payment only.

    I got started Training back in 2008 because everyone was asking me did I train when they seen me working out with my brother and friend. So I studied , got trained , and help my first clients lose 40lbs -70lbs and I liked helping people do this!  I got addicted to the process of helping people smile and reach their goals. 

    I work with busy professionals or retired individuals trying to live a healthier lifestyle. By building lean muscle , nutrition, cardio, and exercise thru our BBFIT system.

    You need to come to the best! Bestbody Fitness Training. We offer a small studio , without the big crowd that is personalized to you! We do 2 on 1 training . Meaning it's you another personal and the trainer. It's a fun  family environment where you get pushed and have fun. 

    As a personal trainer, you can encourage students to consider the following questions before discussing their needs with teachers: 1. Clear Goals: What specific fitness goals do you want to achieve? Having a clear understanding will help you articulate your needs effectively. 2. Personal Preferences: What exercises or activities do you enjoy? Sharing your preferences ensures a more engaging and sustainable fitness plan. 3. Potential Challenges: Are there any physical limitations or health concerns? Communicating challenges helps tailor workouts to accommodate individual needs. 4. Time Commitment: How much time can you realistically dedicate to fitness? Discussing time constraints helps create a manageable workout schedule. 5. Previous Experience: What has worked for you in the past? Understanding your fitness history aids in designing an effective and enjoyable program.
