Track n field is the basis of any sport! I am a PRO TRACK & FIELD ATHLETE FORMER OLYMPIAN & 60 METERS INDOOR NATIONAL RECORD HOLDER WITH OVER 50 MEDALS! OBTAINING OVER 7 YEARS OF COACHING EXPERIENCE.
From 2011-2014, I coached kids in soccer age ranges 10-17 years old in Martigue, France to prepare them for the Interclub Championships. Helped assist Douglas High School Soccer Team from 2015-2016. Also, I did an internship as an assistant track n field coach at LeMoyne-Owen College from 2017-2018

National Record Holder in 60 meters indoors 2016
French Games July 2017
Burkina Faso 100m dash record in July 2018
Second place in 60m dash in Birmingham, Al January 2019- 6"91
2nd place in the 55m dash in Arkansas State 2019- 5"53

I enjoy taking students to the next level of their sports journey guiding them step by step and teaching them the right real professional way to coach along with being happy to see my students doing sports because I know how benefial it is physically & mentally.Building future athletes, hopefully Olympians!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Getting to know my student first & their physical apprerance (age,height,etc)to determine the right track to start training them
My sessions always start with stretching & warming up
Stretching before,in between if needed,and after
Water Shots & Breaks when necessary
Cool down after practice
Work on endurance
Speed & agility
Diffrent drills using cones
Diffrent excercises with soccer ball
Lifting weights if necessary & more depending on age,height,weight

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure your teacher knows the human anatomy and no good session is less than an hour.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are they 100% ready,determained, serious to start training for their sport?
