N2 Performance

About

Here at N2 Performance we focus on player development, confidence building, and competitive teaching. As a former college baseball player, I understand how challenging it can be to compete and overcome adversity to make it to the next level. I have been a personal trainer for 9 years, and I currently work at Carbon Performance in West Nashville. I volunteer my time with Full Count Ministries as a player mentor for their college summer team, Full Count Rhythm, and as a discipleship group leader for local highschool baseball players around Nashville.

The aspect of my job that I enjoy the most is seeing progress through hard work and consistency while having fun and making memories.

    Frequently asked questions

Every student starts with a movement assessment that challenges balance and coordination, athletic movement, and strength. After the assessment, I design a comprehensive program that progresses every 5 weeks with micro adjustments within each phase of training. The program I use will be hybrid, which means it can be executed outside of 1-on-1 sessions.

I was invited to coach 12u travel baseball in 2015 when I was recovering from shoulder surgery. I fell in love with teaching mechanics and strategy so much that I continued coaching every summer for the next 4 years until my personal training career became a passion. Here I am 9 years later.
I have trained young athletes as young as 5 years old to college athletes in their early 20's. On the personal training side, I have worked with clients as young as 12 years old to adults in their mid 60's.
