Alec was amazing. I have been working with him since the summer of 2022 and he is a reason that led to my success as a rugby player. Training with Alec leading into the MLR draft helped me a lot with my physical shape to perform my best. With his training I believe I stood out in the combine and was blessed enough to be drafted in the 2022 MLR draft. Leading into the MLR preseason my training with Alec paid off as I was still able to compete at the professional level.
