About
I moved to the US in 1996. Although I had traveled to Europe a decade before to attend Art College and pursued a career in Fashion Design, my second love turned out to be Fitness. I competed in the World Aerobics Championship in the 90's placing 10th in 1995 & 1996 in the individual female category. In addition to my athletic exeperience, I have earned Group Fitness certifications through AFFA & Personal Training through ACE, Indoor Cycling through Cycle-Reebok, Mad Dogg Athletics Spinning and Precision Cycling. I am also is also a certified Pilates Trainer, a Yogafit certified instructor and a leader in the BOSU bootcamp, TRX and Barre classes.
My wide and extended experience in the Fitness field makes me more than qualified to be the best trainer you've ever had.
I enjoy helping people reach their goals, whereas it is to improve their posture, flexibility or strength, I am here to help.
I love when my skeptical male pilates clients come to me after a few weeks of training and tell me that they can now touch their toes when they could not before.
