    CK designs the fitness program to be specific for the age, needs and goals of the individual. This is not “one size fits all”. He is very good at observing each person, and adjusting. He “pushes” hard but not too hard. I’ve had several trainers, and CK understands how the body works far better than others.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Run through of their lifestyle, eating habits, past surgeries, current medications, assessment to find weaknesses and strong points. I then create a plan designed specifically for the individual to get him or her to their goals. I can also aid the individual in their dieting and eating habits. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Currently certified and have been operating my in home personal training business for 5 years now.

Individual sessions


50/half hour 

Packages are designed to fit the individuals specifics. Sign up for multiple months at a time and the rate will be decreased. 

How did you get started teaching?

I started at ballys in houston tx near memorial city mall. I then transitioned into my own in home personal training business and have been on that path ever since. If it werent for a few good God given souls i wouldnt be here today. I credit all my success to the Man upstairs. 

What types of students have you worked with?

Ive worked with young athletes (particularly runners) and my current clientele ranges from 30 to 88 years old. Ive worked with several clients dealing with dementia, diabetes, and auto immune diseases like multiple scerlosis. The idea is to create longevity and strength and life long plan that is sustainable so the client can continue to function well with proper mechanics.
