For more than 8 years, BBYU FIT has been delivering on our promise to provide quality weight loss programs backed with nutritional education to building muscles.     We meet them for a fitness assessment which generally takes about 45 minuets. We listen to what the client goals are. We discuss nutrition, take measurements and complete a 15 mi Ute workout to assess their ability to proform difference exercise to help us understand and corrections as well their level of fitness. Once that’s completed, we write our profile on the client and share plan to help them reach their goals.

    I hold certifications in ISSA , NFPT hold coaching certification in Kettlebell, CycleTRX and nutrition 

    We offer several programs:

    Personal Training 2 Days a week  $461

    Personal Training 3 Days a week $636

    8 Weeks Women’s Strength Training $300

    Sustained a football injury to my back in high school. Had learn to strengthen my back after surgery. So working out became apart of my life. After training with family and friends. I decided wow, I can really help others.
