I believe no one has the same nutritional needs. Quick fixes and cookie-cutter approaches simply don’t work. I customize each program to fit your individual needs. By taking into account your busy lifestyle, preferences, strengths and weaknesses, I will tailor your program to maximize your success.
I don’t believe in avoiding your favorite foods simply because they may not be considered ‘healthy.’ You must learn to co-exist with all foods and I can teach you how to incorporate the foods you love into a healthy plan. Eating well isn’t a diet — it’s a lifestyle!
