While that took us on different paths, our individual experiences have helped us to acquire the vast amount of knowledge and skills required to not only help us be successful in launching and growing our company, but to help our clients be successful on their transformation journey.

    Investing in nutrition coaching absolutely changed my life! On the day I had my twins, I weighed 207lbs! Fast forward 17 months and I still had 20lbs I had not been able to lose. I was miserable! My knees and back hurt, I couldn’t keep up with my four beautiful girls that were all under the age of 6, I was very uncomfortable in my own skin, I was disappointed with the woman looking back at me in the mirror. I was a super busy mom with no free time. I needed change. It was time that I did something for myself, made time for ME. Nobody besides me was responsible for the extra weight I was still carrying around, and no one was going to lose the weight for me. Learning how to properly fuel my body with food and having a plan to follow were both game changers. I had regained some much confidence, and I was beyond grateful for their continued guidance. Quarantine happened. I had my second shoulder surgery. Recovery was long and miserable. But I didn’t give up! I would hear Nick’s words resonate in my head “ALL IT TAKES IS ALL YOU GOT!” I knew the key to everything was my nutrition, I became a certified nutrition coach. And then the absolute best opportunity arose, the chance to join the Transformation Project and to help people change their lives in the same way mine had been changed….there’s not a team anywhere I’d rather be on. If I can do this, YOU can do this!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Upon assing a new clients goals, wants / needs lifestyle and establishing an intitial physical health assesment. I will devlope a custom nutrition and trading program to take you from point A to point B - from where you are now to where you want to go! Whether that be loose weight, gain muscle, or simply just be a stronger healthier human being.
