These classes consist of 45 minutes of workout followed by 15 minutes of stretching, held 3 to 5 times a week. Additionally, our senior fitness programs are tailored to meet the needs of older adults and special populations, with personalized in-home sessions that focus on post-rehab exercises, stress management, and maintaining functional abilities.
