What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Working with a new student ,I make sure to find out what are their goals and we come up with a plan to make sure they reach them.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’m a former nfl player who is certified in speed and agility, also I am certified in strength and conditioning.


Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

$35 a session is my standard pricing, if clients book more than 2 sessions a week pricing packages can negotiated.


How did you get started teaching?

I started training after I finished playing professionally. It’s always been a passion of mines to give back the knowledge I’ve learned. 


What types of students have you worked with?

I’ve worked with kids all the way to professionals.


What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure you do your research on a coach before you train with them. A lot of people claim to be great coaches and never played on a high level. Remember how can someone take you to the next level when they haven’t even been there.
