Max helped me fix my training plan; I originally did not have an effective plan for building muscle but Max constructed my split in a way that I managed to put on quite a bit of muscle in a short amount of time. I went from 140 to 170 in about 2 months thanks to this better workout plan. I highly recommend training with Max to reach your fitness goals and reach them fast!

Max was able to tailor all of my workouts to my very specific needs.
I was hesitant at first due to my numerous demands, and did not want to even bother.
However Max was supportive every step of the way, and was able to keep me in line even outside of the gym.
Years later, Max is still a good resource for me to depend on and ask questions if I ever need further explanation.

Max is amazing as an overall fitness instructor! He’s very professional, knowledgeable, and always goes at your speed.
