I've been working with Dylan for almost two years. Not only have I dramatically improved in my fitness levels, I am substantially more comfortable in the gym. I have reached personal bests I never thought possible, even though I had done crossfit for several years before I met Dylan. After working with Dylan, I can proudly say I can do multiple pull-ups! The great thing about Dylan is that he pushes you but in a comfortable way. He doesn't let you settle. He will push you to do your best and then he will celebrate with you when you reach your goals. He's a great coach and I am so happy I found him and his gym. I can't recommend him enough.

Working with Dylan has been phenomenal. His time and attention to developing my personal weaknesses have helped me to surpass fitness goals I didn’t even have for myself. While each session is never easy, I never leave feeling unsuccessful. He’s motivating, professional and always positive.
