We are a strength and conditioning facility that develops individuals, athletes, and teams to reach elite levels of fitness through constantly varied functional movements executed at high intensity. We are located at 551 N. Shepherd Dr, Ste 200 in a 9,000 square foot warehouse. Our training methods produce undisputed, tangible results for all levels of fitness; from children to elite athletes, and everything in between.
Our program efficiently combines the most effective training methods of Weightlifting, Gymnastics, and High Intensity Cardio. There isn’t a strength and conditioning program anywhere that works with a greater diversity of tools, modalities, and drills

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The first day is typically getting to know the athlete and the athlete getting to know me. We will go over the "WHY" of what we do. The formula is simple the taking action is where we get started.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified in Level1 CrossFit Trainer , CrossFit Weightlifting, CrossFit Football. I have owned, operated, and coached two CrossFit Gyms since May 2011.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
$50 an hour. $75 an hour for couples.
If you bring in someone with you the price goes down for each person that comes.
Example:
1 athlete $50 each
2 athletes $40 each
3 athletes $30 each
and so on......
What types of students have you worked with?
I have coached NFL players, CrossFit Games Athletes, Olympic Athletes and all the way down to 6 year olds to 70 years olds who are just looking in longevity of life.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
My methodolgy will not just change what you look on the inside we are looking for a total mindset change. These changes are for permanent.

What are your goals. 1 month from now, 1 year from now, and 10 years from now.
