Customizing your workout to your body type and goals you want to achieve. I like to motivate my clients during our sessions.
I love watching the physical transformation my clients experience and watching their confidence soar throughout the process. My passion is teaching my clients self defense tactics for every day situations they may encounter.
Working with Jeremy on my fitness/self-defense has been great. He has been nothing but encouraging and supportive in all aspects of my training. Our sessions are always hard work but always with an element of fun never repetitive or boring. When I thought I couldn't do something I was never allowed to give in, it was broken down to help me manage it. It's about much more than losing weight for me. It's about regaining confidence and developing my strength - I feel so much stronger and am so grateful for the intense training. Thank you......you're a gift to this world!!!
When I start working with a new client I like to get to know what their fitness goals are; what they would like to achieve and what they know/like about training. I give them an introduction to my background and explain how I train my clients. The workout process I prepare is challenging but brings results.
Currently I'm an NPTI student, graduating at the top of my class. I've been training in mixed martial arts since I was 7 years old. I attended George Foreman Boxing Gym and was a part of the U.S. Olympic Karate team. Mixed martial arts and self-defense has always been a part of my life. I'm a certified TRX trainer and group fitness instructor. I also, obtained a green belt in the MCMAP progam in the USMC.
Personal training and mixed martial arts has always been a part of my life, I've been training since I was 7 years old.
I've worked with all types of fitness levels from children to adults. Clients who have an interest in defending themselves and learning self defense. I've also worked with children that don't want to be bullied anymore.
A project I am fond of is training children and women how to defend themselves. Teaching them that their is a way to be confident and defend yourself against bullies. I've been working on this project for years and clients that work with me typically start gaining confidence within a few sessions.
Customer looking to hire a personal trainer/self defense instructor should always meet with their potential trainer to see if they are a fit for each other, not everyone is compatible with one another.
