I love the dedication they offer with helping your child succeed in the program. I also love the variety of fighting techniques they teach to the children. The deal maker was the fact my daughter (5y/o) was able to attend classes, that is important to me, making sure my daughter is capable of defending herself as she grows up.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First we do I sent you initial questionnaire to see what you're looking for a program.Everything starts with proper nutrition  I also want to know where you're eating .   I also like to plan my stations out as far ahead as I possibly can so review our calendars.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm a licensed and strength conditioning coach with collegiate and professional experience. I have also trained and coached UFC  fighters.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure that your teacher/coach  has any real experience training different types of clients.   Also want to make sure that they have an established program with rock solid technique.   There is no such thing as fitness kickboxing/boxing you have to be fit to do either one.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

 What are your goals

 What's your timeframe

how serious are you about obtaining your goals
