Female owner Nigel Stokes, certified specialty fitness trainer, owner of Women's Elite Boxing Club. Houston's only women's boxing fitness training gym. I offer group classes(women only classes), as well as one on one private training. PRIVATE TRAINING is NOT women only. I do offer training to men/boys as well.

I wasn't born a personal trainer, and the majority of my clients have witnessed me completely transform. I walk you step-by-step on how to do that. You don't have to be a boxer, to train like one.

Being able to show as many women and/or men as possible that I did it, and it can be done. I've been Personal Training for 7 years, my gym has been open for 61⁄2 and countless transformations. I know what it takes, all you have to do is follow the process.

Nigel is an amazing group and personal trainer. I have been training with her in both settings for about two years now and am extremely happy with my results. She took the time to get to know my fitness goals and offered not only personalized workouts but also nutrition/meal plans specifically for me. I loved that she tweaked my workouts and meals over time as she got more familiar with how my body reacted to certain foods and I got stronger therefore needed more challenging workouts. As far as group classes, you will never leave one of her classes not feeling sore. Regardless of what fitness level youre at, Nigel will give you one heck of a workout every time. I really like that she mixes the workouts throughout the week to ensure you workout every muscle group and workouts are never the same and never boring. I highly recommend Nigel as a fitness trainer!

I will typically set up a consultation. During the consultation I speak to you about your goals, about what you've struggled with in the past that have kept you from reaching your goals. I will give you a full body composition (optional), before pictures are also taken during consultation as well as measurements.

I wasn't born in personal trainer. I started my journey at almost 400 pounds. I became a personal trainer before I even reached my goals because I was so ready and passionate about showing others what I had learned. Once I became a certified specialty trainer, and allowing my clients to literally transform with me. More and more women/men began to come to me for help and that is exactly what I wanted. 

$50 Private drop-in one-on-one sessions

$35 per one-on-one private session(6 sessions minimum)

$99 Unlimited Training

My own personal weight loss Journey was my motivation to get started with teaching and showing others how it can be done!

I have words with all types of students advanced/fit, beginners, students with disabilities, etc.

I think it's really important to talk to your potential trainer before becoming their student to make sure you have the connection that's needed in order for you to get the results you came for. I always have a great connection with my students because I was not born a personal trainer. I struggled just like my students are struggling right now. So being able to physically show them through my own transformation that it can be done is where my passion comes from.
