Lisa Ianson, owner of Artemis Pilates, has over 25 years of experience in the fitness industry and has been practicing Pilates since 2004. She is a graduate of the Body Arts and Science International (BASI) Comprehensive Teacher Training Program. She is also a member of Pilates Method Alliance (PMA) and an Aerobics and Fitness Association of America (AFAA) Certified Group Exercise Instructor. Artemis Pilates offers customized Priivate or Duet Pilates sessions in Lisa's home studio at competetive prices.
I enjoy helping clients meet their fitness goals and recover from injuries.
