He was so patient with me. He gave me copies of the exercises to do and also show me which machine I was to use in the gym I went to. Nice personality also.

Chris is realistic, positive, and results oriented.... not quick, short lived results, but long term sustainable results. Highly recommend working with Chris!

Frequently asked questions

I start with a pre-assesment during the first session. To see what kind of shape you're in and then I design a custom fitness po based on your current fitness level, needs and goals.

I am NASM Certified with over 10 years of experience personal training.

I bill automatically on the first of every month for either 8 or 12 sessions a month. Any uncompleted session rollover to the next month.

I played sports in high school and college and I got into martial arts after college. I made a transition into personal training after my martial arts career ended.

All types, but I tend to gravitate towards clients who want to be consistent with their fitness routine.

I have gotten numerous clients to reach their weight goals over the past couple years, but no direct event I am fond at. I spend most of my time helping others reach their goals.

Do your due diligence. Make sure they clique with you over the first couple of sessions. Which I will. :) Certifications and experience are great, but the chemistry has to be there to motivate you to want to get up everyday and work hard.

Anything that you're concerned about. Be open and honest at all times with your personal trainer. That leads to much better results faster.
