    If you are looking for a Personal Trainer, stop and choose ELIN Personal Training redefined®! Ive came across dozens of trainers around the NOVA area at different prices and nobody stood out like ELIN. Believe me, most of other trainers give generic off-book material and workouts that you can just easily look up yourself and do it for free. But ELINs team professionalism and knowledge on body health really enlightens you on how to be a healthier eater. I was appointed to Kris, one of ELINs long serving members and he is amazing! Elin and his team really care about your goals, with the upmost respect and knowledge, your workouts are tailored down to the bone of your specific goals you want to reach! They keep up to date on your daily diet take-ins and make sure you are hitting the gym as often as you may fit in your schedule! My trainer makes the workouts fun, and always know how far you can push yourself! Ive been motivated to hit the gym throughout the week constantly now outside of my training to maintain my fitness and Ive seen results of my strength increasing every week! Remember its important to keep up good healthy eating and exercise in order to see the results you want to reach!     Our team of professional trainers are certified and background checked. In addition they go trhough an extensive training process on our proprietary system 4STM 4 Seasons Training Method®, so that we can ensure that we consistntly provide the highest quality training experience for our clients.

    We offer new clients from Lessons.com 50% off their first one-on-one introductory training session. If you choose to continue training with us prices typically range from $90-$105 per session depending on the package you choose.
    We pride ourselves on working with a diverse range of clients across all ages, backgrounds, and experience levels. Our portfolio includes everything from beginners picking up a weight for the first time to seasoned athletes looking to train for competitions. Whether you are looking for functional mobility, weight loss, or high-performance strength training, we have experience tailoring programs to meet those unique goals.
    Watching a client have that "lightbulb moment" where everything finally clicks is easily one of the most rewarding parts of this work. I’m particularly fond of a recent experience working with someone who had spent years feeling stuck in a repetitive, high-stress routine and felt they "didn't have the time" for fitness. We shifted the focus away from just "working out" and started treating their fitness like a creative project. We took the same discipline they used in their professional life and applied it to mastering functional movements and sustainable habits. Seeing them transition from someone who felt intimidated by the gym to someone who was confidently filming their own progress and hitting personal bests in trail running was incredible.
    Look for a trainer who prioritizes a customized approach over a 'one-size-fits-all' workout. Your area of expertise requires someone who understands how to scale movements for your current level while keeping you safe. Ask a potential coach how they track progress and how they adjust their plans when life gets busy or goals change. Consistency is built on a plan that evolves with you.
    Before our first conversation, I encourage students to think through these four key areas to ensure we hit the ground running: What does 'success' look like to me? Is it a number on a scale, a specific strength goal, or simply feeling more energized during the day? What has (or hasn’t) worked for me in the past? Understanding your history helps us avoid old pitfalls. What is my realistic weekly commitment? It’s better to be consistent with two days a week than inconsistent with five. Are there any specific injuries or physical limitations I need to work around? Safety is always the baseline.
