How did you get started teaching?
I decided to become a personal trainer after I lost 160lbs. After that I knew by what I did to lose weight I could help others.

I have worked with clients from ages 11-85
From people that had to have there legs amuptated to Navy seals and professional athletes
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I helped a diplomat lose 10 kilo's or 22 lbs in one month! after he decided to sign up for a year and added his whole family.
