What is your typical process for working with a new student?

I always get them started with a workout and begin to build a program from there. I want the client to get started building a consitent habit for exercise from day 1 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have several certifications from nationally certifed personal training programs. 

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Yes. My clients choose how many days of week they want to train and are gurenteed those times and days every week. My clients are then are charged monthly for the total number of sessions they complete in a month. I have flexibilty in my schedule which allows for weekly rescheduling if needed. 

How did you get started teaching?

I have always had a love for helping people and spent time before personal training in the martial arts field.

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with all types of clients and have trained hundreds of clients over the past 10 years. From weight loss to muscle building to just keeping you in shape as you age. I have been able to seemany ofmy client achive the goals they set for themselves when we started and continued to help them maintain those goals moving forward. 

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Dueyour due dillegence. Make sure your trainers is certified and try them out foraweek to see how conistent they are and how you feel after your workouts.
