    He took the initiative in March 2020 to start a backyard boot camp to help us deal with Covid 19 and our lack of group exercise options. We are still participating in the camp classes and it's July!! Each day we meet he tailors the class to the weather conditions and class members. Explains what we are doing and why. Provides lots of encouragement. Has a great personality and cares for his students. Helps us to feel better both physically and mentally.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?

First thing will be connecting to discuss your current goals and if there are any previous/current injuries. Our first session would be more of an assessment where I can see where your fitness level currently is.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Professional athlete, ACE certified personal trainer. Lifelong dedication to athletics.

How did you get started teaching?

I've loved fitness my entire life and it has treated me very well. I was in fitness management for years, but my true passion is helping others achieve their fitness goals. 

What types of students have you worked with?

I have worked with high level athletes, children and older clients as well. I currently have some clients with limited mobility and can be versatile/flexible. Have been working with college athletes and a 50+ ladies soccer team. 

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I went to see my clients play in their first soccer game after the pandemic cancelled their season. It was great to see how far they have come!
