About
Kinetikos Lifestyle's services standout out because first, it is the most comprehensive program on the market for the cost. Second, you can live with it.
I love building relationships, in the process of seeing the change and the confidence from the benefits that come along with my customer's progress. I will be honest not everyone is a good fit but the progress that happens when both parties are committed to each other is a beautiful thing to be a part of.

KL-3 PROGRAM
How did you get started teaching?
After I graduated college.
What types of students have you worked with?
I've worked with every type of client from 8 to 80
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
There are so many, but the most recent is the transformation of a couple of who took my KL-3 Program just recently and their life-changing results that have extended beyond the program into every other part of their lives I am told.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Don't settle unless it's what works for you.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
I think they should really consider the internal aspects of their fitness first as I think it will dictate the quality of their results. With that said, I think what they should ask first is about the quality and level of support they would be getting from whomever they choose to help with something so important as their health.
