About this pro

Kinetikos Lifestyle's services standout out because first, it is the most comprehensive program on the market for the cost. Second, you can live with it.

I love building relationships, in the process of seeing the change and the confidence from the benefits that come along with my customer's progress. I will be honest not everyone is a good fit but the progress that happens when both parties are committed to each other is a beautiful thing to be a part of.

I started at Kinetikos in February of this year and immediately knew I was going to love it. Reggie is a great trainer and knows how to push you just enough to make you feel confident while having a great workout. Between the location and the trainer, Kinetikos is a win win! Recently, I decided to challenge myself and have started a 12-Week Program that Reggie offers, it's been a challenge for sure but the support and knowledge coming form Reggie has been great. I have enjoyed my time at Kinetikos and looking forward to the next several weeks of my challenge and the continued support of Reggie and working out at Kinetikos for a long time to come. Stay tuned!

Reggie is phenomenal! I'm a 60 year old physician who had not done any strength or core training for over 20 years. It was time for me to prepare for retirement and in order to enjoy retirement, I needed to get back into shape. Reggie quickly assessed my current abilities, strengths and weaknesses and began my training with exactly what I needed. He brought me along quickly and safely while preventing injuries. On top of his excellent professional experience and abilities, he is a genuinely nice and fun guy to be around. He is extremely creative with his workout plans and strategy. No muscle group is missed. He gets me to do things I never thought I could and have fun while doing it. We laugh a lot during our sessions and I really look forward to our time together. I can't recommend him strongly enough. I encourage anyone who is considering personal training to connect with Reggie. My sessions have been worth every penny and more. Thanks Reggie, your the best!

Reggie made my 14 year old son at ease. A very nurturing approach is what my son needed. My son has been going since October of 2020. Reggie got him prepared to be more nimble and stronger for his high school sport. My son gain muscle mass in the proper areas.

Reggie is an exceptional instructor. He has a plan for everything that is structured to your personal health and fitness goals, and a passion for health that sets him apart from any other program or gym.

KL-3 PROGRAM

How did you get started teaching?

    After I graduated college.

What types of students have you worked with?

I've worked with every type of client from 8 to 80

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

There are so many, but the most recent is the transformation of a couple of who took my KL-3 Program just recently and their life-changing results that have extended beyond the program into every other part of their lives I am told.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Don't settle unless it's what works for you.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

I think they should really consider the internal aspects of their fitness first as I think it will dictate the quality of their results. With that said, I think what they should ask first is about the quality and level of support they would be getting from whomever they choose to help with something so important as their health.
