    Coach junior is one of the best trainer i have ever worked with. My main focus was to loose weight and in just 1-2 months I could see the changes in my body and had lost around 8-10 pounds. He is a fun person to do the workouts with and will adjust it to your needs which is very important. I don’t even realize how the hour passes away working out with him.
    If you are on the edge and not sure, I would say give him a try. Highly recommend :)
