What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I take a client-centric approach to each session. Every body is differnent and every mind is unique so I find creative and fun ways to understand and achieve clients' goals. Each client will complete a State-of-health survey before their first session which provides insight into their health status, goals and limitations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a professional scientist with an extensive background in physical training ranging from ballet and gymnastics to extreme skiing and diving, Shao Lin Kung Fu, Latin dance, Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, Qi Gong, and personal defense, I am also a certified personal trainer and sports nutrition coach.

Your health is your commitment. I only take clients who are willing to commit to at least six months of training.
Monthly memberships are as follows:
One session per week: $120 per session ($480/month)
Two sessions per week: $95 per session ($760/month)
Three sessions per week: $85 per session ($1020/month)
One session is generally an hour, The initial session can be up to two hours.
How did you get started teaching?
People in the gym started asking me if I was a teacher and if I taught classes. I decided to become a certified trainer so that I could teach people what I do.
