I began my journey in fitness by needing physical therapy and then post-rehab training.  My trainer had a degree and so I followed suit and began to teach others.

I work with people who wish to move forward in healing physically and or emotionally who prefer a small setting and safe environment. I also work with those in conjunction with other practitioners to provide a more well-rounded healing experience.

Determine what your goals and needs are and seek out a teacher who has credentials that fit your needs. Ask questions and see if they are a good fit for you.

What healing do I needs? What is most important for me to focus on? Am I willing to do the work to help myself heal while working with a practitioner?
