What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Nora conducts a personal interview, either via phone or in person (preferred) to discuss goals, past history (medical, physical, psychological).

This interview will determine if client is a candidtae for a full transformation.  At that point, we move on to measuremnts, pictires and training plans.. and food tracking.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Nora is certified through NASM as a certified personal trainer.  She has further advancements in nutrition, behavior change and corrective exercise.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

Online training programs begin at $40 per week and include training programs and nutritiom counseling.

In studio sessions are limited and are $75/hour

How did you get started teaching?

Nora is the mother of six children, now mostly grown.  She sought a refuge from housekeeping and child-rearing, and started exercising at her local gym.  when she found that it helped tremndously with post-partum and anxiety, she wanted to pay it forward to other moms.

She now travels extensively to learn from new masters in teh gym world regarding building muscle, cardio modalities and nutrition tips.  She has really combined her love of typical fitness classes and bodybuilding to provide maximum results to her clients- and now boasts a client list of men and women of all ages.  The over 40 population is her niche.

What types of students have you worked with?

Nora has worked training high school sports teams, training college level athletes, young moms, young dads... even training her own dad who is 72!

She requires a level of commitment by the client that is unparalleled and yields amazing results.

She is educated in working around injuries, working against high blood pressure, menopause, high cholesterol... and even improving those who are in good health.

She is not a cookie cutter coach.  Your program and nutrition will be unique to your goals and/or limitations.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I love training my clients, but i love when thry trust me enough to bring me their families.  I recently trained a client's daughter and then when she got a coaching job, she asked me to train her high school team of girls.
