We are a fitness and wellness company that takes a wholistic approach to healthy living. We promote emotional, physical, spiritual and mental well-being to allow a physical transformation. Our students get stimulated not physically thru our MMA, boxing, and strength and resistance classes. And also mentally thru our mindset training and meditation classes. Thru transforming a persons mental state we can create lasting transformations in creating a health fit lifestyle.
I enjoy watching students become motivated and inspired to achieve self-transformation. I have noticed that fitness physically is connected to someones, fitness emotionally, spiritually, and mentally. I think it is important for a person to push themselves and connect these aspects of their lives. And the best fulfillment for me is seeing someone transition into a person of a healthy and fit lifestyle

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We start off with a telephone questionnaire where I would tell you more about myself my experience and the company. And I would allow a student to discuss their goals interest and what they are looking to achieve. After this we would schedule a FREE consultation and I would send them a questionnaire that I would like them to answer so that I can begin creating a routine. After the consultation I would use the information from the consultation and the questionnaire to create a program to be emplimented and we would begin our sessions.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a certified personal trainer for over 8 years. I am a licensed Blackbelt as well. I also am experienced in Tai-Chi, Yoga, Metabolic Conditioning, as well as General Strength and Resistance.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Yes my standard pricing is $100 per hour session, or $75 for a 30 minute session. I allow discounts also for students who buy bulk packages. I usually sell my bulk packages as a monthly package. And I do also have promtional discounts that I give students.
How did you get started teaching?
I started as a Blackbelt in my martial arts school. Then I progressed to a licensed personal trainer. I also worked with different programs, and gyms such as the YMCA, VIDA, Washington Sports Club, Golds Gym.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have trained kids as young as 4 and seniors as old as 79. I have developed training styles and techniques that work with all ages and everyone in between.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
My company also works as a DC Contractor for DC government. And recently I taught a class with Middle School kids. I enjoyed working with them and helping them to learn more and improve their training.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would say be upfront with your postion, fincancially, and your willingness to learn. As well as your time constraints and what is your motivation behind wanting to learn my craft.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Are you coachable? Do you have time constraints? Do you have financial constraints? Are you ready to embrace difficuilt challenges to acquire what you want? Are you a quitter? Do you understand the concept of delayed gratification? Do you accept that the things we achieve in life are the things we do NOT give up on?
