I am certified by National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM). I have personal training and group personal training Specialist certifications. I am also a boxing instructor.
With my more than 15 years of experience, I am very capable and willing to help my clients achieve their fitness goals. I will also show my clients valuable exercise techniques that can be incorporated into their lifestyle for years to come.

PROGRAM DESIGN:
I can design a training program tailored to your own needs and goals. Get a customized training program - This will include- sets, reps, intensity, and training movement descriptions.
WEIGHT LOSS:I will show you how to combine the right exercises and clean diet to help you get to your weight loss goal.
BOXING TRAINING:I will show you a quick introduction into the sport of boxing. I offer group and one-on-one sessions to learn the fundamentals of boxing. The sessions include conditioning, pad work, sparring, correct stance, basic punches, heavy bags, defensive and offensive techniques.
STRENGTH TRAINING/CORE TRAINING/MOBILITY:Combination of weight lifting and body-weight exercises. I can help you achieve your fitness goals. Build strength, build muscle mass, burn calories more efficiently and build stronger core.
BODY SCULPTING:
Combination of strength training, aerobic activity and proper stretching with proper nutrition will help you increase in lean muscle and burn fat.
CARDIOVASCULAR CONDITIONING:
I will help you design specific high intensity exercises that will you burn fat more effectively, improve cardiovascular conditioning, and performance.
SPORT-SPECIFIC TRAINING:
I Will show you how to develop core strength, explosiveness, coordination and timing, you will see noticeable improvement in sports such as football, climbing, baseball.
BOOT CAMP:
By combining high-intense fat blasting cardio with hard core strength training and military moves, you will get that strong sexy body.
TRACKING RESULT:
I will continually monitor and adjust your program. We can continually tailor your program so that you are getting what you need to achieve your goals.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I first ask the customer for his/her goals and obtain basic information.
I will help the new customer set realistic goals.
I will have the customer do a movement analysis to see any areas that are weak, tight, or areas of imbalance.
With this assessment, I will give the new customer some specific recommendations to avoid future injuries and to work on areas you are interested in improving.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Education and training are a very important part of what I do everyday.
I am Certified by NASM in personal training and group training. I am always taking courses, online training and attending workshops.

How did you get started teaching?
I decided to get into personal Training because I love to workout and I like the benefit people get from exercising.
What types of students have you worked with?
As a Professional trainer I have been transforming the body, the mind and the spirit of my clients for over 13 years.
During this time I have trained people, inspired and motivated them to become their best self both physically and mentally. I have trained a wide variety of people including athletics, corporate professionals, mothers, fathers, senior citizens and everyday people.
