What is your typical process for working with a new student?

A client will contact me with their concerns and what their goals are. I then will contact them with what can realistically can be achieved and we then will go over my online training programs and how the online boarding process begins. 

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I am a certified personal trainer through ISSA; as well as a Sprots Nutrtition Coach from ISSA.

I am an Online Personal Trainer and Nutrtion Coach. 

How did you get started teaching?

I personally had a passion for my own weightloss and losing over 50 lbs over a course of 3 years and seeing the passion then spark through the loved ones around me and close friends asking me to help then. I did a huge career change and now doing daily what I love to do and change others lives. 

What types of students have you worked with?

I help men and women lose belly fat while enjoying hte foods they love. 

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

If you love a balanced lifestyle but still would love to have a healthy lifestyle with losing that extra weight I am here for you.
