About this pro

I create each exercise regimen to suffice the needs of the each client. I understand the “Principle of Individualism”, which states, “What works for you may not work for me, and what works for me may not work for you”. In other words everyone is different. However I will provide exercises that are enjoyable and efficient according to each client.

I enjoy seeing transformation in my clientele. I believe exercise can not only change one’s outer appearance, but it can also improve peoples’ confidence and well being. In my line of work, I like to see people improve their technique within exercises and physical ability.

Each new client will have to go through a Graded Exercise Test (GXT). The GXT will allow me to set the exercise according to each individuals current fitness level. The GXT is required because it gives the trainer and idea of each client fitness level.

I am currently certified through the International Sports Science Association (ISSA). I was an athlete all throughout High School. I participated in track, football, and wrestling. However I am currently training as a boxer.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

I was able to help my father succeed in reaching his fitness goal. Within two months he lost 15 lbs and has had dramatic improvement in his muscularity. It means a great deal to me that his doctor has finally taken him off of his blood pressure medication.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure that the trainer they hire makes the goals of the client their number 1 priority.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Customers should always ask themselves "why they need a trainer"? What was the frustration point that made them want to seek professional help?
