Genesis Fitness was created out of a passion to provide our clients a new start on their fitness journey. We approach fitness holistically with nutrition advice, personal training, and recovery.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically we like to meet and assess a new client with a short workout. Talk about goals, and then create a unique program for that client.
If it is online we will video chat instead of face to face.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10yrs experience training. ISSA/AFAA and CrossFit certified. CPR/AED/BLS certified. Have worked for many gyms, big and small.
