Most trainers have certifications or they seem like their in shape based on visuals. Jack McDonald has certifications for Personal Training to bring science based training concepts to your workout regimen but also has hands on experience competing and winning in Kickboxing and Bodybuilding.

Setting a goals and achieving it is one of the best feeling in the world but the only way to do that is to stay disciplined during the journey. Coaching people to enjoy the journey is one of my favorite parts of being a trainer.
