Where mothers can revitalize and strengthen their body for themselves and their baby throughout their pregnancy and into their postpartum journey. Restore Your Body was created for you.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My standard price ranges from $40-$60 depending on the service needed. But I am also very flexible, I really aim to help more people feel strong and confident in themselves and their body.
How did you get started teaching?
I actually used to be a professional ballerina. At about 23 I realized my body took a bit of a beating, I wasn't using the correct muscles, and I felt really out of touch with my body. I started with my Pilates certification and it grew from there. I went back to school for my Masters in Kinesiology, became NASM certified and for the last 5 years I have been training Prenatal and Postpartum Moms!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Find a trainer that makes you feel comfortable yet pushes you to be your best. A trainer shouldn't be someone who just barks movement at you but connects with your goals and where you want to be.
