I'm a Teacher and Coach of 17 years and former collegiate Athlete.

I'm a father and husband who has always lifted weights and been somewhat active. However , 10 years ago I fell in love with running and have since developed myself into a fit and functional human who runs marathons, swims, rides my bike and does personal training for both groups and individuals, online and in person.

I love being able to share my passion for fitness and sport through helping others reach their success goals. I truly believe that with conscientious and intentional practices you can change your life. I know how to help you make that happen.
