We are a professional company that understands that training at a gym can sometimes be a hassle. Whether having to encounter waiting for equipment, stress involved with being in an uncomfortable environment, or not sure how to tackle getting fit, Best Home Training is here to eliminate those factors. Our goal is provide safe, effective, and fun workouts for clients in the comfort of their own homes. We create plans that best suit your individual goals and needs!
Erika was always active growing up playing basketball, soccer, lacrosse, and field hockey. She discovered her love of running cross county and track later as a junior in high school. In 2013, she joined the Garden State Track Club, NJ's #1 running club, running competitively throughout the year. .
Erika's philosophy is that getting into shape shouldn't feel like work. It should be an enjoyable experience - something you look forward to do - in order to develop a routine that will ultimately alleviate stress from everyday life. Her goals for all clientele are for them to reach their ultimate fitness goals, whether it's getting faster or stronger, as well as enjoy working out in a comfortable space!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I have an extensive questionnaire to get to know my client (medical history, current and past fitness history). We also discuss their short and long term goals, and what they want to achieve through my training plans. I ask these questions in order to create an individualized program for every client.
