Erika always tailors workouts to my needs and experience, and is very flexible when they change. On top of that, she always works with me to figure out the best timing and schedule. She knows when to push and when to ease up. I've had various health issues/sports injuries over the years, but she's never had trouble tailoring my workout program around them or even to complement physical therapy. She always has a great personality and is a pleasure to work with!

Is great! Erika really cares about the customer. She tailors the exercises according to the customer body and ability. She obtains information from the customer to build a plan in obtaining the wanted customer' goals. She also diverses the exercises, so you are never bored. Apart from being a great trainer, you also gain a friend during the workouts. Highly recommend.
