I have been in my own training business for over 20 years, and at this point am very selective on who I choose to work with,
I work with all different modalities in strength and fitness but do specialize in Manual Resistance Training, as well as bands kettlebells, free weights and bodyweight training working on multi planar movements.
Certified through IFPA Advanced Trainer and have been a successful all natural bodybuilder and accomplished fitness drug free fitness model. Also know basic principles of the sport of boxing.
My philosophy is that working with me is a process and want potential clients to adhere to certain nutrition protocols and doing their "homework" when we aren't together.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We always talk by phone for initial consultation or by Duo or Zoom. Then if they seem like they are SERIOUS and really want to commit i always do a FREE VISIT with them and perform some mobility drills to see if they can load the muscles the correct way.
At that point we go over rates and different options to pay and inform them how long each session will be, I usually want to work with thenpm at LEAST 2 TIMES A WEEK.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an Advanced Personal Trainer Certification through IFPA, AND have taken continuing education courses for almost twenty years. Thing is this industry has changed a great deal over 20 years. Most of the TRAINERS online are very young and don't know much about how a body should movem I do very much.
