I've been a personal trainer in the Tri-State area, as well as internationally (Caribbean and South America) since 2003. My studies in Combat Sports/Martial Arts began with Amateur Boxing in 2003, which evolved into pursuing Judo, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Submission Grappling & Mixed Martial Arts in 2009.

    I started with True Form back in 2007 and immediately hit it off with Drew. Back then I hired Drew as my Personal Trainer. My goal was to regain the fitness level that I was at when I played college football. Also, to get back in shape as I began my Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu journey at 35. With balancing family and business my weight increased to an all time high of 231 pounds. After receiving nutritional guidance and training with Drew 3x a week for several months, I exceeded my expectations and weighed in at 183 pounds.
