I am Alex Folacci, and I’m not your typical “meathead” trainer.

I am an Award winning Personal Trainer with a Masters degree. Before moving to the U.S. in 2014, I was a world-class athlete and 2x National Champion of France in the Decathlon, a discipline that demands peak performance across speed, strength, endurance, and very technical skills.

I’ve also developed a team of 5 affordable certified personal trainers who travel to our clients. We also coach women!

Since 2015, I’ve been coaching my esteemed clients across Manhattan. They’re sharp, driven, and ambitious, and they come to me because they want their physical performance to match their mental edge.

They want to be in the top 1% of their age group in terms of fitness, health, and longevity.

Since then, I’ve coached over 500 clients, including many CEOs, VIPs and high-profile individuals who seek out only the best when it comes to managing their health, fitness, and longevity.
