I am a goal achieving based certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist. I generally work with clients in local gyms, parks, my harlem based apartment or clients homes.
I mostly train clients early am, evenings and weekends. I am able to train via zoom as well, given these days and times.
MY training style is to guide clients to reach their goals, minus all the yelling and barking.

I have worked with clients between the ages of 13 and 67, both men and women.
