About
I have been a Personal Trainer for over 7 years now, I look forward to the daily challenges that this profession brings me. I have the opportunity to help people learn new things and improve their health and physical ability. I put together training sessions tailored to the needs of each individual. I'm currently obtaining a degree in Movement Science.
In addition to Personal Training, I'm also available as a Math tutor. I have a B.A. in Applied Mathematics from Queens College.
I enjoy working with people of all backgrounds and watching them learn and make progress in life. We should be improving ourselves in all areas and if we aren't, then we should push ourselves to do so.
