Coach Hector has helped me lose 22 lb's and look and feel younger than ever. I have been training with Hector over 4 years now he has helped me control my fluctuating weight issues, and he has also helped me stay focused. This past summer I went hiking, scuba diving, and took long bike rides because of all the hard work we did over the past 4 years. I highly recommend Hector.

I never thought I would miss going to the gym! Coach Hector has really helped me get into better shape, lose some fat and now my lower back is no longer an issue. I sit at a desk all day and our training sessions are the only type of workouts I get. I like how Hector incorporates fun circuits and how well he pays attention to my form. I now find myself missing the feeling of a good workout. I love it! A+ Trainer.

"I can say without hesitation that training with Hector has been one of the best decisions I have made in my life. Urbanathlon NYC 2015 - the reason I wanted to do this in the first place - climbing over that damn bus LOL - look how happy I am when I get to the top with the best trainer EVER - Hector Sanchez! ‪#‎ThankYouHector‬ ‪#‎TeamHector‬" Karen B.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

This past summer (2017) I helped a couple get ready for their wedding. They had 6 weeks to get into the best shape of their lives, so they can look good for the wedding and the honeymoon. The groom lost 16lb's and the bride lost 12lb's. I introduced them to myfitnesspal app, held them accountable to their nutrition goals, and trained them 2x's a week. Now they are maintaining their diet and still working out 2x's a week with me. They now lover working out with and without me. :-)

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Experience trumps everything. New trainers usually don't have the experience of a veteran coach. A veteran coach can usually handle the unexpected circumstances and client special needs. like me :-)

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

Always ask if the scheduling works for the both of you. Also, ask if the training location works for the both of you.
