Describe a recent event you are fond of.
This past summer (2017) I helped a couple get ready for their wedding. They had 6 weeks to get into the best shape of their lives, so they can look good for the wedding and the honeymoon. The groom lost 16lb's and the bride lost 12lb's. I introduced them to myfitnesspal app, held them accountable to their nutrition goals, and trained them 2x's a week. Now they are maintaining their diet and still working out 2x's a week with me. They now lover working out with and without me. :-)
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Experience trumps everything. New trainers usually don't have the experience of a veteran coach. A veteran coach can usually handle the unexpected circumstances and client special needs. like me :-)
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Always ask if the scheduling works for the both of you. Also, ask if the training location works for the both of you.
