About
Individualized personal training for improved quality of life (IQL). Our training isn't just about getting in great shape or buttoning up your skinny pants. Although we certainly want you to get to your aesthetic goals, we highly emphasize your happiness and life quality. Learn how to move better, eat better, recover better, and ultimately live your best life.
I, Danielle Kwoka, have personal training experience with ages ranging from 13-82 and have worked with limitations of all kinds, including cervical stenosis, knee/hip replacements, high blood pressure, fibromyalgia and more. Age and restrictions do not prohibit someone from exercising or staying healthy, but they do require modifications and I am prepared. I am a qualified professional in the field with a B.S. in Exercise Science, PrecisionNutrition Level 1 Certification, Mike Boyle's CFSC, Kettlebell Athletics Level 1&2, to name a few.
IQL has male and female expert trainers as well as small group training programs for friend groups or for businesses looking to improve health in the workplace. Check out our website at www.safeandstrongatwork.com for more information.
