What is your typical process for working with a new student?

Over the years I have found that aligning the posture with posturology ( and/or using muscle activation techniques to enhance overal body mechanics and muscle function ( is extremely effective in getting the most out of training sessions.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm an ACE certified personal trainer. I'm a certified muscle activation techniques specialist and A certified postural reprogrammer.

What types of students have you worked with?

Ive worked with professional athletes, senior citizens and everything in between.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Find someone that you're comfortable with and that you feel a connection with. Make sure they have the knowledge necessary to help you achieve your goals.
