This is a phenomenal opportunity to train with someone with over 25 years experience. I usually charge well over a $100 Session normally.
How did you get started teaching?
I was an amateur bodybuilder at 20 years old in college and it grew from there.
What types of students have you worked with?
I have literally dealt with every type of student from every age including all forms of general fitness and rehabilitation.
Describe a recent event you are fond of.
A client came to me recently feeling very bad about his fitness level, really needed to get in shape and was barely leaving the house outside of work. He is only been with me 2 short months and is now socializing, going out with friends and feeling very confident about the path he is on in his overall fitness level.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I would tell them to look for a trainer that can literally give them an excellent workout inside of 10 minutes that will work every single body part while using no weights whatsoever. If a trainer can't do that, they are not very good at their job. Of course after those 10 minutes, there will be additional isolation exercises for each muscle.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
Students should have a good handle on what they are looking to achieve with their overall fitness level and results. It all starts with a vision and a good trainer makes that vision become a reality.
