About
I feel my services stand out because I have a strong genuine passion to help clients reach their fitness goals, and even go beyond in helping clients maintain their body once they're at their ideal goals.
What I enjoy most about the work I do is physically seeing the clients transformation. I am one person in this world with a mission to help people; be it crossing a street, carrying groceries, or fitness. I have a burning passion to help people succeed; nothing hurts my fitness heart more than hearing the words, "I can't". I try even harder to erase those words from clients' minds, and replace them with "I can".

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Typically when I work with a new client, our first session isn't focused on killing your body your first day. I do simple, yet demanding exercises on the body to assess where your body is at with strength, stamina, conditioning, and power.
Once I've assessed, I will come up with a workout formatted specifically for you. No client will have the same needs when it comes to fitness. I treat each clients needs differently to achieve to goals they are reaching.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified Battle Ropes SPecialist though Onnit Academy.
I also possess 2 certifications through TRX;
One for Functional Body Movement, and the other is Suspension Training.
I have 10 years of Boxing experience, Muay Thai, and Duth Kickboxing.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
I like working with my clients budgets. Growing up I didnt get to partake in a lot of things due to family finances. Hey raising 3 on your own gets expensive!
As I ask more about your background, and we get to prices I will work with your budget. Fitness shouldn't be an arm and a leg. If you are consistent, I will even throw free sessions in as a thank you for your patronage.
I avoid being a trainer at gyms, because I have to hike my rate up to compensate for rental fees I incurr with each session. I invite clients to my home to wokrout, or I can travel to you.
By me staying out of gyms, I keep my rates low for clients to workout without feeling their wallets hurt each session.
How did you get started teaching?
I originally was a ballet dancer. Out of spontantety I took a free boxing classes 7 years ago. I decided after 3 months that I wanted to pursue a life in fitness.
I found that with my passion to help people, I really liked teaching people something cool and new! Seeing the excitement when someone gets a difficult combination down, or makes it through a final tough set, its such a rewarding feeling for me.
I had elementary teachers who also had a hand in my inspiration to teach; its rare to find a teacher who takes you under their wing and goes out of their way to help a student succeed. I applied that mentality to every single one of my clients, and every session they come out stronger and stronger.
