Hi, I'm Victor!

My gym location is in Hoboken and I exclusively train in that location Let's be real with each other:  I am not a fitness model. I am a regular person, just like you- dedicated to maintaining a healthy and fit lifestyle.  These days I train for the lifestyle I want and have lived through all of the types of fitness goals that you are looking to achieve, so I know where you are coming from and how to get you there. 

I have been a Certified personal trainer for over 10 years, with lots of certifications under my belt (see below), training and teaching in corporate gyms, but now I work out of  my location (with my sidekick/ workout recovery pup) Hoboken. I love to find, collect and utilize the latest and greatest fitness gear available-- which means your workout will never be dull!  (also, if you are into movies, television, anime, fitness gear discussion and cooking, I think we will have plenty to talk about).

My introduction to fitness started through martial arts.  I have studied, trained, and taught for over 25 years:  Taekwondo, Hapkido, Lama Kung Fu, San Shou (Chinese Kickboxing), San Da, and traditional western boxing. I have coached many to success and have been a certified judge for USKBA (United States Kickboxing Association).
